This young dog arm is a combination of a chase pad and a young dog intestine. Thus, you have the view of a complete arm, the soft springy bite surface, 2 bars to promote the counterattack in grip behavior and a center bar to improve the turning out “during the long escape”. Especially young dogs can carry the arm well with a central bite without tripping over it. Even an oblique head posture is prevented, which would always involve loosening the handle.
