Step 1: Where to Measure

Place a garment that fits you on a flat surface such as a floor or a table. Then measure that garment and compare with the size chart below.

Use a tape, measure the following:

A. Chest
Measure the chest width, 2 cm below the armpit.

B. Hips
Measure across from edge to edge.

C. Shoulder Length
Measure from top of left shoulder to top of right shoulder.

D. Back Length
Measure from the seam to the collar.

All measurements are given in centimeters and refer to the outer dimensions of the garments, not body measurements.
